- Children: aged 5 – 16 who are accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Adults: from 17 years of age onward.
There are drop in clinics that operate from seven health centres across the City of Wolverhampton:
The receptionist at the Health Centre will check the blood request form to make sure all the information is present prior to you seeing the phlebotomist. If there are any problems with the form the receptionist will advise you to return to your GP / hospital doctor/midwife/community nurse, to correct the form.
- Whitmore Reans

- Ashmore Park
Drop-in clinics are often very busy and spaces are limited. If the drop-in sessions are full for the day you will be advised of another drop-in clinic close by or to attend our next drop in. See the latest Community Phlebotomy Timetable which is on the Royal Wolverhampton NHS website (opens in a new window).
Home Visits (Domiciliary)
Home visits are offered to patients who are clinically housebound only, via a referral from a G.P or other health care professional.. Patients are continually assessed and as their condition improves will be offered to attend a drop-in clinic.
At the GP Practice
